Visitor Safelist & Guest Parking Registration
Safelist guests before enforcement runs
Residents and property managers use a visitor safelist so guest vehicles are registered before our officers enforce parking rules. If your community is on Sunset patrol, you may use Register2Park today while our in-house safelist platform rolls out property by property (BSIS PPO #121577).

What is visitor safelisting?
Safelisting means registering a guest vehicle — plate, visit window, and unit — so parking enforcement knows the car is authorized. It cuts down on wrongful citations, angry residents, and office staff manually tracking guest lists. Sunset is building a resident-managed safelist with QR registration; many active properties still use Register2Park during the transition.
Register guests before they park
Residents or hosts add vehicles ahead of time — enforcement sees authorized plates on patrol.
QR code registration at the property
Visitors scan a property-specific code and enter their vehicle without calling the office.
Time-bound visits
Start and end times match your guest parking rules — automatic expiration when the visit ends.
Manager overrides
Property management can approve contractors, move-outs, and exceptions without breaking enforcement.
