Daily perimeter inspection
A uniformed officer in a marked vehicle visits the property, walks the perimeter, checks doors and gates, and notes anything unusual. Frequency configurable — once daily is standard; multiple visits per day available.

Mail and package monitoring
We note packages and mail accumulating at the property. With your authorization, packages can be moved inside (where keys are provided) or relocated to a side entry.

Same-day reports
Every visit generates a time-stamped photo report through our client portal. Reports document the condition of the property and flag any noted concerns.

Emergency response
If we observe a break-in attempt, water leak, fire, vandalism, or other emergency, we coordinate immediately with local law enforcement, the appropriate utility, or your designated contacts.

How Pricing Works for Vacation Watch
Vacation watch is billed by the trip or by the day, depending on duration:
No long-term commitment. Service stops when you return.
- Short trips (under 7 days) — flat per-visit pricing for the duration of your absence
- Extended absences (7+ days) — discounted per-visit pricing as duration extends
- Multi-day tenting absences — typically 3–5 day flat-rate packages
