Note: These Terms govern use of this website only. Active security and patrol services are governed by a separately signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and any associated property addendums.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site to violate any law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission
- Interfere with the operation of the Site
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
2. Quote Requests and Inquiries
Information you submit through the Site (quote requests, contact forms, applications) is used to respond to your inquiry. Submission of a quote request does not create a contract or obligation. Service contracts are formed only upon signed MSA.
3. Employment Applications
Submission of an employment application does not create an offer of employment or guarantee of consideration. We evaluate applications based on qualifications, fit, and our hiring needs.
