Sunset Safety Agency offers a 24-hour-a-day dispatch service, and our patrol officers are highly visible throughout your HOA, Apartment Complex, or neighborhood. Trained patrol officers will conduct checks of your property in addition to responding to calls for service. The average response time is 30 minutes or less for patrol. 

With Sunset Safety Agency, you will be notified of any incident that occurs on your property. Officers are able to write reports in the field immediately after an incident, while it is still fresh in their minds and upload supporting photos/ documents as well. As soon as an officer submits a report, it is checked by a supervisor and sent to the client using 10-8 systems. 

Our patrol vehicles are clearly marked and equipped (outfitted with a police equipment consisting of a mobile data computer/radio dispatch system, emergency spotlights, traffic control, and emergency equipment, including a first-aid kit, flairs, a fire extinguisher, and jumper cables) and operated by uniformed patrol staff. In addition to acting as a visual deterrent, our patrol officers are ready to handle any situation that may come up and de-escalate situations.
