Vehicles safelisted with wrong plate numbers/vin numbers will be considered invalid and subject to citing/towing per community rules.
Safelisting of commercial/recreational vehicles do not prevent them from being cited/towed. Please refer to your community rules for details.
Verify that your community allows you to safelist - if they do not, then this form is invalid.
Some communities only allow a certain amount of safe lists per month, year, etc. - please verify with your rules of your community. If you safelist more than what you are allotted for, you can still be towed.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure they are using the correct safe listing website for their specific neighborhood. Listing on an incorrect platform could lead to towing at the owner's expense. Please take the time to verify that you are on the right website to avoid any unnecessary issues or fees.

By checking this box, I understand that each Safelist is valid for 24 hours from the date and time of submitting the safelist. Safelisting your vehicle does not prevent it from being towed if it is NOT parked in a designated legal space. Safelisting your vehicle does not give you the right to store your vehicle. If you plan to store your vehicle, please contact your management company. Safelisting your vehicle does not guarantee a parking space. Some associations do not allow safelisting.
