Safelisting of commercial/recreational vehicles do not prevent them from being cited/towed. Please refer to your community rules for details.
Verify that your community allows you to safelist - if they do not, then this form is invalid.
Some communities only allow a certain amount of safe lists per month, year, etc. - please verify with your rules of your community. If you safelist more than what you are allotted for, you can still be towed.

Safelisting your vehicle does not prevent it from being towed if it is NOT parked in a designated legal space. Safelisting your vehicle does not give you the right to store your vehicle. If you plan to store your vehicle, please contact your management company. Safelisting your vehicle does not guarantee a parking space. Some associations do not allow safelisting.
