Parking Enforcement

Parking enforcement is a necessity to any business center, HOA, or apartment complex to keep vehicle traffic running smoothly without issues. Our officers are trained in proactively identifying and enforcing the parking regulations of any private property we serve. We are given the tools required to warn, cite, and when necessary tow, vehicles that are violating your property's parking rules.

Our "cites" are not tickets and carry no monetary fine. They are simply helpful notices to advise the vehicle operator that they were parked in violation of the property's parking rules.

Our enforcement actions are conveniently logged through our officer's computer-aided dispatch systems, especially helpful in identifying habitual offenders so that you can take the necessary action you need to curb improperly parked vehicles on your property!

How do our officers conduct parking enforcement?

Proactive Identification

We know that the needs of each property differ. Our officers are trained in proactively identifying all types of parking violations on properties ranging from commercial business hubs to residences and neighborhoods. Whatever the enforcement needs of your property are, we can assist!

Violation Notices

Sometimes, all it takes to prevent parking violations is a simple notice! In many cases, the vehicle operator is completely unaware he or she is even in violation of parking rules. We have the ability to cite vehicles with the goal of advising the driver that they are in violation in an effort to prevent future instances.

Private Impound

In conjunction with our partnered tow agencies, we have the ability to perform a private party impound of more serious parking rules or habitual offenders that have ignored previous citations. Impounded vehicles are securely stored in the tow agency's impound lot, ensuring they are not damaged or vandalized.

Vehicle Patrol vs. Traditional Standing Guard

✅ Pros
  • Unpredictability Deters Crime: Randomized patrol times make it harder for criminals to predict when security will be present.

  • Cost-Effective: Less expensive than 24/7 on-site guards while still providing a visible security presence.

  • Wide Coverage: Can cover multiple properties or large areas efficiently in a single shift.

  • Quick Response: Mobile units can respond rapidly to alarms or incidents.

  • Visible Deterrent: Marked patrol vehicles and uniformed officers send a clear message that the area is being monitored.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Patrol frequency and timing can be customized to meet specific client needs.

  • Property Checks: Officers can inspect doors, windows, gates, and other access points during each patrol.

🔄 Similarities

  • Crime Deterrence: All provide a visible security presence that discourages criminal activity.

  • Incident Reporting: Officers document and report suspicious activity, trespassing, or property damage.

  • Property Protection: Focus is on safeguarding physical assets, buildings, and people.

  • Emergency Response Capability: Can respond to alarms, emergencies, or requests for assistance.

  • Client Customization: Services can often be tailored to meet specific site requirements or concerns.

  • Insurance Benefits: May contribute to lower insurance premiums due to enhanced property security.

  • Peace of Mind: Clients benefit from a sense of safety knowing there is active security monitoring.

⚠️ Cons

  • Not Constantly On-Site: May miss incidents that occur between patrol visits.

  • Limited Observation Time: Officers may only spend a few minutes on each property, reducing chances of spotting subtle issues.

  • Less Effective for High-Risk Areas: Properties with frequent incidents might require a more consistent or dedicated security presence.

  • Reliant on Timing: If a patrol just left and an incident occurs, response time may be delayed until the next round or call.

  • Perception of Gaps: Residents or employees may feel less secure without a constant presence.
